Diana is a devoted modern yogi, a mother, a body-master, and a holistic health activist.
She aims to make yoga life an everyday uplifting experience which gives people a deep body consciousness, a positive and caring mindset and an overall healthy lifestyle on and off the mat.
Diana started her sports journey at the age of 5 as a gymnast so she knows the dedication it takes to grow in a practice of health and how to motivate people to reach their physical goals and exceed their perceived limitations by inspiring to live a healthier and happier life. She has her degree in Physical Education and Sport Sciences and has been teaching for over 15 years in the Fitness & Wellness Industry.
The first time Diana stepped on a yoga mat she knew this was her true calling to spread Yoga Habits and the love and light it brings to everyone’s life. She has lived in Thailand, India, China, and now in Singapore and practiced and learned from deeply spiritual yogis in India as well as all around the world.
